Why Next Health, Why Now

"Health Is Not the Absence of Disease. Health Is the Abundance of Vitality."

When I started Next Health, conventional medicine was waiting for people to get sick before doing anything about it. Insurance reimbursed treatment, not prevention. Doctors had fifteen minutes per patient. The patients who wanted more — who wanted to optimize, to measure, to extend the active decades of their lives — had nowhere to go.

We built Next Health to be that place. Today it is the largest health optimization and longevity company in the world, with locations open or in development across the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. We did not get there by accident. We got there because the cultural shift toward proactive health is real, durable, and accelerating — and because we built a brand and an operating model that meets that shift with rigor, transparency, and clinical depth.

We are now selecting franchise partners to bring Next Health to additional markets. This is not a business for everyone. It requires capital, operational discipline, and a personal commitment to the mission. But for the right partner, in the right market, this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to participate in the redefinition of healthcare itself.

If that is the kind of business you want to build — and the kind of life you want to live — I would welcome a conversation.

The Category Opportunity

The Three Forces Reshaping Healthcare.

Health optimization and longevity is not a wellness fad. It is a structural shift in how consumers think about, pay for, and pursue their health. Three converging forces are driving the opportunity.

1

The Consumer Shift From Sick Care to Optimization

A growing population of educated, well-resourced consumers no longer accept conventional medicine's reactive model. They want to measure their biology, optimize their performance, and extend the active decades of their lives — and they are willing to pay out of pocket for services insurance does not cover. This shift is generational, durable, and accelerating.

2

The Convergence of Science and Consumer Access

Therapies and technologies once unavailable outside academic medicine — comprehensive biomarker panels, advanced imaging, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, restorative procedures — are now available in well-equipped clinical settings designed for the consumer experience. Next Health is the brand built specifically around delivering this convergence to discerning patients.

3

The Brand-Builder's Moment

Categories are defined by their first credible scaled brand. In premium fitness, in mental health, in concierge medicine — the brand that establishes the category sets the standard everyone else competes against. Health optimization and longevity is at exactly that moment. Next Health is the brand that defined it.

Next Health did not invent the longevity category — but we built the franchise model that lets a category-defining brand scale into local markets with clinical integrity. That combination — category leadership, clinical depth, and a franchise system designed specifically for premium medical wellness — does not exist anywhere else.

Your role as a franchise partner is to bring this brand and operating model to your market, working with the full Next Health support infrastructure. Your job is to operate. Our job is to make sure you have everything you need to operate well.

A growing category. A defining brand. A franchise built for serious operators.

The Differentiators

What Makes Next Health Different From Other Franchise Opportunities.

Serious franchise prospects evaluate multiple opportunities. The following are the differentiators that consistently come up in conversations with our most successful franchise partners.

Category-Defining Brand

Most franchise opportunities are in mature categories where the brand is one of many. Next Health is the established premium brand in a category still being defined. Franchise partners do not have to fight the category education battle — Next Health has done that work.

Recurring Revenue Membership Model

Membership programs (Optimize 4.0, Premier 4.0, Apex) provide a recurring revenue foundation under procedure and product revenue. This is not a one-transaction service business — it is a relationship business with members who return monthly.

Multi-Vertical Service Portfolio

A Next Health location operates across IV therapy, hormone optimization, wellness technology, advanced medical procedures, diagnostic testing, peptide therapy, aesthetics, and weight optimization. The breadth itself is a competitive moat against single-service competitors.

Founder-Led, Clinically-Grounded Brand

Dr. Darshan Shah is a recognized voice in longevity medicine — through the EXTEND podcast, conference speaking, media appearances, and the Scientific Advisory Council. The brand carries clinical credibility consumer wellness brands without a physician founder cannot match.

The Founder's Commitment

Why I Personally Care About Every Franchise Partner We Select.

Building Next Health has been the work of my career. When I select a franchise partner, I am selecting someone who will carry this brand and this mission into a community I may never live in but will always feel responsible for.

That responsibility is why our partner selection process is rigorous. It is why we offer the depth of support we do — not because franchise law requires it, but because I want every Next Health location to deliver the experience and outcomes that justify our patients' trust. And it is why I personally meet with serious franchise candidates during the discovery process. The relationship between Next Health corporate and our franchise partners is not a vendor relationship. It is a partnership in the truest sense.

If you are exploring this opportunity, I would ask you to evaluate three things honestly: whether you have the capital and operational experience to build a premium medical brand in your market; whether you are personally drawn to the mission of redefining healthcare; and whether you are willing to operate at the standard Next Health requires across every dimension of the business. If the answer to all three is yes, I would welcome the conversation.

"This is not a transactional business. It is a partnership built around a mission worth dedicating a decade of your career to."

Nine Steps. Rigorous Vetting on Both Sides.

Becoming a Next Health franchise partner is a deliberate, multi-stage process. Both parties are evaluating fit. The process protects you — and us — from the wrong partnership.

1

Introductory Call

A 30-minute initial conversation with the Next Health franchise development team. Mutual introductions, your background and goals, and an overview of the opportunity. No commitment on either side.

2

Company Overview Call

A deeper conversation walking through the Next Health brand, operating model, franchise system, and support infrastructure. Where prospects begin to understand what the partnership looks like in practice.

3

Franchise Disclosure Review

You receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and have the legally required time to review it. The FDD contains all financial and operational disclosures, including Item 19. We strongly recommend reviewing it with a qualified franchise attorney.

4

Validation

Conversations with current Next Health franchise partners. Hear firsthand from operators in different stages — what is working, what is hard, and what they wish they had known.

5

Attend Discovery Day

Visit Next Health corporate headquarters and at least one operating location. Meet the executive team, including Dr. Shah. Tour the operations. Most prospects either commit or graciously decline here.

6

Confirmation Call

Post-Discovery Day, a confirmation call to align on next steps. Both parties confirm intent to proceed and discuss territory, timeline, and remaining open questions.

7

Territory Planning

Detailed territory analysis and selection. Demographic review, competitive landscape, and real estate availability. Territory rights are granted contractually as part of the franchise agreement.
