Hormones & Peptide Therapy

Precision Hormone Therapy

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Done Right.

Physician-supervised. Medical-practitioner-directed. Built on the most comprehensive picture of your biology you've ever had.

The hormone industry has become a pill-mill of testosterone-by-mail and assembly-line prescribing. Next Health is built on the opposite premise. Every hormone protocol is prescribed by a physician, directed by a medical practitioner who knows your full biology, and grounded in comprehensive blood testing across every system that hormones touch.

PROGRAMS

Male TRT · Female peri/post-menopausal · Thyroid

Walk into a typical men's-clinic chain or order testosterone online and the prescribing logic looks roughly the same: a basic lab draw, a brief video consult, a prescription auto-shipped to your door. The hormone arrives, but the picture of who you are and why you feel the way you do never gets drawn. Three months in, you notice you feel a little better. Six months in, your estradiol is creeping. A year in, your hematocrit is rising and no one is monitoring it. You are now on testosterone for life with no one watching the parts of your biology that hormones quietly affect.

This is the standard of care most patients accept. It should not be.

Next Health is built on a different premise. Hormones are signaling molecules that touch nearly every system in your body — metabolic, cognitive, vascular, reproductive, immune, mood, sleep, recovery. You cannot prescribe them well without seeing the full picture. So before any patient at Next Health starts a hormone protocol, we map their biology — comprehensive blood panels, inflammatory markers, lipid subfractions, gut function, micronutrient status, biological age. The protocol is then designed by a physician and directed by a medical practitioner who has read every line of your data and continues to monitor it.

This is what makes Next Health hormone therapy different. Not the hormone. The biology behind the hormone.

"You can't optimize what you don't measure. And you can't safely prescribe hormones without understanding the body you're prescribing them to. This is the gap most hormone clinics quietly leave open. We close it."

Our Hormone Programs

Three hormone programs. Built around three biological realities.

Hormone optimization is not one thing. Men in their 40s navigating declining testosterone, women navigating peri- and post-menopause, and patients with subclinical thyroid dysfunction need fundamentally different approaches. Our three programs reflect that.

Man in his 40s representing the ideal Male Hormone Optimization patient

PROGRAM 01

Male Hormone Optimization (TRT)

Testosterone optimization for energy, performance, and longevity.

WHO IT'S FOR

Men experiencing the constellation of symptoms that accompany declining testosterone — fatigue, lost motivation, eroding strength, declining libido, poor recovery, mood changes, accumulating visceral fat, and the burnout that becomes harder to recover from year over year.

HOW WE DO IT

Comprehensive bloodwork drives every prescribing decision — total and free testosterone, estradiol (sensitive assay), SHBG, LH, FSH, DHT, lipid subfractions, hematocrit, PSA, and the broader functional medicine panel that puts hormones in context. Protocols may include testosterone (injectable, cream, or pellet), HCG for fertility preservation, anastrozole when clinically indicated, and adjunctive peptides where appropriate.

MONITORED QUARTERLY

  • Comprehensive hormone re-testing
  • Hematocrit (the most under-monitored TRT marker)
  • Estradiol management
  • PSA and prostate health markers
  • Cardiovascular and lipid markers
  • Body composition tracking

Available now · Requires consultation, comprehensive baseline bloodwork, and active membership

Woman in her 50s representing the ideal Female Hormone Therapy patient

PROGRAM 02

Female Hormone Therapy

Hormone optimization through every stage of menopause.

WHO IT'S FOR

Women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause — and the symptoms that accompany them: sleep disruption, brain fog, hot flashes, mood instability, weight gain, lost libido, joint pain, and the broader sense that your body has stopped responding the way it used to.

HOW WE DO IT

Comprehensive female hormone panels including estradiol, progesterone, total and free testosterone, DHEA-S, cortisol diurnal rhythm, FSH, LH, SHBG, and thyroid function. Protocols are bioidentical and individualized — estradiol patches, creams, or pellets; oral or vaginal progesterone; low-dose testosterone where clinically indicated; thyroid optimization where indicated; and the functional medicine adjuncts (gut, nutrient, stress) that often determine how well hormone therapy actually works.

MONITORED QUARTERLY

  • Hormone re-testing and dose adjustment
  • Bone density tracking when indicated
  • Cardiovascular markers
  • Mood, sleep, and quality-of-life tracking
  • Body composition and metabolic health

Available now · Requires consultation, comprehensive baseline bloodwork, and active membership

Patient representing the ideal Thyroid Optimization candidate

PROGRAM 03

Thyroid Optimization

Beyond TSH. The thyroid management most physicians don't do.

WHO IT'S FOR

Patients whose thyroid story has been mis-told. Standard care looks at TSH alone and tells most patients they are 'normal.' Functional medicine looks at the full picture — TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, thyroid antibodies (TPO, TG), and the conversion biology that determines whether your tissues are actually getting enough active thyroid hormone. If you have been told your thyroid is fine but you do not feel fine, this is the protocol that takes you seriously.

HOW WE DO IT

Comprehensive thyroid panels including free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TPO and TG antibodies, plus the metabolic and inflammatory context that drives thyroid function. Protocols may include levothyroxine, liothyronine (T3), natural desiccated thyroid (NDT), or compounded T3/T4 combinations — selected based on individual physiology, not on what is most convenient to prescribe.

MONITORED QUARTERLY

  • Full thyroid panel re-testing
  • Symptom and energy tracking
  • Metabolic and body composition response
  • Antibody trending for autoimmune patterns

Available now · Often layered with TRT or female hormone protocols · Requires consultation and active membership

WHY THIS MATTERS

Hormones don't exist in isolation. So we don't treat them that way.

Most hormone clinics run a basic panel — testosterone, estradiol, maybe TSH. Done. They write a prescription. Next Health runs a panel an order of magnitude deeper, because hormones interact with nearly every system in your body, and the cost of prescribing them blindly is paid over years.

Before any patient starts hormone therapy at Next Health, we measure:

Hormone Panel

Total and free testosterone · Estradiol (sensitive assay) · Progesterone · DHEA-S · SHBG · LH and FSH · Cortisol diurnal rhythm · IGF-1 · DHT · Pregnenolone · Comprehensive thyroid panel including free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TPO and TG antibodies

Cardiovascular & Metabolic Context

ApoB · LDL particle number · Lipoprotein(a) · Hemoglobin A1c · Fasting insulin · HOMA-IR · Hematocrit · Comprehensive metabolic panel · hs-CRP · Homocysteine

Functional Medicine Context

Micronutrient status · Vitamin D, B12, iron, ferritin · Inflammatory markers (IL-6, CRP, ferritin) · Gut markers if indicated · Toxin burden if indicated · Genetic blueprint (where available) · Biological age markers

This is the panel that turns hormone prescribing from a guess into a decision.

Clinical Framework

The four pillars of how we practice hormone therapy.

Hormone optimization done responsibly is the result of structure, not improvisation. Every Next Health hormone program is built on these four operational commitments.

01

Physician-Supervised, Practitioner-Directed

Every hormone protocol is prescribed under physician supervision. Day-to-day care is directed by a medical practitioner — physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant — trained specifically in hormone optimization through Next Health's clinical training program. You are not handed off to a generalist. You are not treated by an algorithm.

02

Comprehensive Bloodwork as the Foundation

No hormone is prescribed without a comprehensive baseline panel. Hormone testing alone is not enough — we measure the cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory, and functional medicine context that determines how well hormones will work for you and what we need to watch over time.

03

Quarterly Monitoring & Adjustment

Hormone protocols are not 'set and forget.' Every patient at Next Health is re-tested quarterly. Doses are adjusted based on real data — not based on how you say you feel. This is the operational structure that makes the difference between hormone therapy that works for a year and hormone therapy that works for decades.

04

Integrated with Your Full Biology

Hormones live inside a larger system. Your nutrition, sleep, stress load, gut function, inflammation, and toxin burden all affect how well hormone therapy works — and hormone therapy affects all of them in return. At Next Health, your hormone protocol is designed and monitored by a practitioner who has the full view of your biology, and who can layer in peptide therapy, IV nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and longevity protocols as part of the same coordinated care plan.

"This is the difference between a clinic that treats hormones and a practice that treats people. Hormones are part of a much larger biological story. We take the time to understand the whole story before we write a prescription — and we keep watching the whole story while you're on it."

How To Access

Hormone therapy at Next Health is available exclusively to members.

This is the structure that makes responsible hormone optimization possible.

Hormones are not a one-time prescription. They are a long-term clinical relationship — quarterly re-testing, dose adjustments, monitoring of the markers that hormones quietly affect, and protocol changes as your biology evolves. None of that is possible without the operational structure of membership.

That is why Precision Hormone Therapy at Next Health is exclusively available to active Optimize 4.0, Premier 4.0, and Apex members. Membership is not a sales gate. It is the framework that includes your quarterly biomarker re-testing, your ongoing physician access, your in-clinic Quarterly Physical Biomarker Evaluation, and the peptide-hormone-IV-functional medicine integration that makes the whole protocol work.

If you are not yet a member, your hormone consultation is the natural starting point.

Is This Right For You?

Who Precision Hormone Therapy is built for.

Hormone optimization is most powerful when it is matched to the right patient and the right indication. These are the patterns we see most often.

The Person Suffering from Burnout

You are exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Your motivation has flattened. Your recovery has slowed. You are showing up at work, but the version of you that used to show up isn't quite there anymore. Your standard labs come back 'fine.' But you know something has shifted. Burnout is rarely just a stress problem. It is often a hormone problem, an inflammation problem, a mitochondrial problem, and a functional medicine problem layered on top of one another. We see the whole picture.

The Man Navigating Declining Testosterone

You're in your late 30s, your 40s, your 50s. The drive isn't what it was. Recovery is harder. Strength is eroding. Body composition is shifting in ways the gym alone can't fix. Libido is flat. You've thought about TRT, but you don't want a pill-mill experience and you don't want to be on something for life that isn't being properly monitored. The Male Hormone Optimization program is built for you.

The Woman Navigating Peri- or Post-Menopause

The symptoms have arrived. Sleep is broken. Brain fog. Mood swings. Weight that won't move. Joint pain. Low libido. Hot flashes or none at all. You've been told to wait it out, or to take a pill that addresses one symptom and ignores the rest. You want a clinician who will sit with you, look at your full hormone panel, and design a bioidentical protocol that addresses the whole picture — not just the textbook symptom list.

The Person Whose Thyroid Story Has Been Mis-Told

You have been told for years that your thyroid is 'normal' because your TSH is in range. But you do not feel normal. You're tired, cold, dry-skinned, slow to recover, foggy. You have read enough to know that TSH alone doesn't tell the whole thyroid story. You want a clinician who will run the full panel — free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies — and treat what the data actually says.

The Patient Who Wants Coordinated Care

You want hormones, peptides, IV therapy, and functional medicine designed and monitored by the same practitioner who has the full view of your biology — not five different prescribers in five different clinics writing protocols that don't talk to each other. Next Health is built for the patient who wants one coordinated, physician-supervised plan instead of a stack of disconnected prescriptions.

The Experience

From consultation to your first protocol: how it works.

01

The Hormone Consultation

A 60-minute consultation with a Next Health physician or trained medical practitioner. We walk through your symptoms, your medical history, your goals, and the indications and contraindications that apply to your specific clinical picture. We discuss what comprehensive testing will look like, and what your protocol may involve.

02

Comprehensive Baseline Bloodwork

Before any prescription is written, we run the comprehensive panel — hormones, cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory, and functional medicine context. This is the diagnostic foundation that every protocol decision is built on. Results typically return within 5–10 business days.

03

Protocol Design & Membership Enrollment

Once your data is in, your physician designs your protocol — hormone selection, delivery method, dose, ancillary medications where indicated, and integration with any peptide, IV, or functional medicine adjuncts. If you are not yet a member, you enroll in the membership tier that supports your protocol and sign your treatment consent.

04

Begin Treatment

Your protocol begins. Depending on the modality, this may involve injectable testosterone, hormone creams, pellets, oral progesterone, thyroid medication, or a combination. Initial response is typically felt within 4–8 weeks, with full effect by 3–6 months.

05

Quarterly Re-Testing & Optimization

Every quarter, you return to the clinic for biomarker re-testing and a follow-up visit with your practitioner. Doses are adjusted based on real data. The full hormone panel is repeated, plus any markers that hormones quietly affect (hematocrit, PSA, estradiol, cardiovascular markers). Your protocol evolves with your biology.

Next Steps

Begin with a consultation.

Pricing for hormone therapy at Next Health varies by program, hormones prescribed, delivery method, monitoring intensity, and membership tier. Because every protocol is physician-prescribed and tailored to your specific clinical picture, pricing is discussed at your consultation rather than published online.

Your hormone consultation is the natural first step. We walk you through your goals, your medical history, the comprehensive panel we will run, and the full investment — including the consultation, the bloodwork, the protocol, the membership, and the quarterly monitoring cadence.

Book Your Hormone Consultation
