OPTIMs are Next Health Credits — your in-clinic currency, included in your monthly membership. Every Optimize 4.0 member receives 10 OPTIMs per month. Every Premier 4.0 member receives 20 OPTIMs per month. Apex members have unlimited access to services as part of the program.

OPTIMs are redeemable across the full Next Health menu — IV therapy, vitamin shots, wellness technology sessions, aesthetics, and select advanced services. Your provider helps you build a monthly routine that uses your OPTIMs in the way that best supports your biology and your goals.

What it's like to be a Next Health member.

The Onboarding Visit

Your membership starts with an onboarding visit at your Next Health location — bloodwork, baseline biomarker review, Health Nexus setup, and a planning conversation with your provider about your goals, your starting biology, and the routine that will best support both.

Your Monthly Routine

Every month, you have access to your OPTIM allowance, your wellness technology, and your provider. Most members visit 2–6 times per month — for IVs, vitamin shots, technology sessions, or quick provider check-ins. The cadence is yours to design.

Quarterly Biomarker Re-Testing

Every quarter, you return for biomarker bloodwork, your provider review, and (Premier and Apex members) the in-clinic Physical Biomarker Evaluation. Your data is updated in Health Nexus. Your protocol is adjusted based on what your biology is actually showing.

Compounding Over Time
