    Physician Match and Enrollment

    You are matched with the longevity physician who best fits your clinical needs and personal goals. Enrollment is completed. Your care coordinator reaches out to schedule your initial visits.

    Weeks 2-4

    Initial Diagnostic Visit

    For Apex+ patients: the comprehensive diagnostic foundation — Full-Body MRI, Chest CT, CT Calcium Score, 500+ biomarker panel, Galleri, TruAge, 3×4 Genetic Blueprint, InBody, and functional medicine consultation. For Apex Concierge patients: a comprehensive intake visit with your physician (testing optional and à la carte).

    Care Plan Development

    Your physician synthesizes all data into your personalized 12-month care plan, organized around the four longevity goals. Initial interventions begin. You have same-day and next-day access to your care team for questions and adjustments throughout.
