Why Paradise Valley
Therapeutic Plasma Exchange at Next Health Paradise Valley
Therapeutic Plasma Exchange draws Paradise Valley and Scottsdale residents who train outdoors most of the year to our Paradise Valley clinic. It is the most advanced longevity intervention we offer, and Sonoran desert heat and dry air means demand here is strong.
How TPE works
Blood is drawn, separated so the plasma can be filtered out, and returned to you with albumin and saline in its place. The goal is to reduce the burden of inflammatory proteins, microplastics and other accumulated substances that plasma carries.
The process in Paradise Valley
- Consultation and lab work with a Paradise Valley physician
- Eligibility review and protocol design
- The exchange itself, roughly two to three hours in a private suite
- Follow-up labs to measure the change
TPE is a medical procedure and is only performed after a physician has reviewed your labs and history. Our Paradise Valley team will walk you through candidacy honestly before anything is scheduled.
